Replacement Parts

Hello. I'm looking to replace some parts on my 1996 double hung windows. Inside the sash is stamped with "PMI 96". A rep from Kohltech seemed to know about them. I'm wondering if you could help with identifying the springs and shoes I'll need?

Hello,

You'll need to remove your coil balance hardware to confirm but take a look at our 15-175 pivot shoe that works with the Series 152 coil springs. Carefully compare the dimensions on our product page and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
