Replacement Parts

Question

Hi there - I am not sure which replacement part(s) I need to fix the cranking issue. The crank works on closing the window, and only when the window is open a few inches (I push it out). The only info I was able to see are marked in the pictures attached. Please advise which part(s) I need to replace fix the issue. Many thanks in advance.

Hello,

It sounds like your window operator may be stripped, so you'll need to replace the entire mechanism.

Your window operator can be replaced with the 39-388 Wright Split-Arm Operator. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions.
