Replacement Parts - 3500 Series Windows

Thanks for posting. We don't make windows; rather, we supply replacement hardware that can be used with windows from many different brands. First, your coil balance system: you have the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, the 15-181 Double Support and 15-182 Bushings. This assembly uses Series 190 Coil Balances. All these parts are sold separately. For the replacement coil springs you have to choose spring weights, which designate the weight each individual spring can support. Look for stamps on the springs that indicate this. If there are none or you're unsure, give me the exact weight of the window sash this system supports, and I can work it out for you. 

For the tilt latches, see if the dimensions of the 26-243 and 26-244 match what you have. One issue is our tilt latches have a straight 'tooth', whereas yours was curved. The curved version is, unfortunately, no longer available. This may or may not cause an issue with compatibility with your window track; it depends on the window and we can't say for sure. Either way, if the dimensions align, this pair of latches is our best match for you. Let me know if you have any questions.
