Just bought older home with aluminum dual pane windows....need replacement part for the spring that measures about 23 inches. Thank you!
Also, there are two locked that you pull the clip toward you and then push upward to open. Some very difficult to open. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Looks like you need a channel balance and lock. The balance could be either our Series 385 or Series 380, depending on the size of the bottom shoe. Also make sure that you're only measuring the metal channel when determining length.
I'm not sure about that lock. I've never seen anything like it, or anything that functions like you describe. Sounds weirdly complicated. Could you show me a picture of one out of the window? I'd like to see the "sweep" or "tongue" that physically locks it in place. Can you also tell me the distance between the two screw holes, center-to-center? Thanks!
