Replacement Parts

Question

Looking for replacement Atrium Sash window channel balance.  Original part has markings '16 3 JW CMC 7' as shown in picture.  Can you provide me with the proper replacement part number?

Hello! Based on your photos, I would recommend the S395-17 channel balance. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.
