Those are pictures from 1 window that was taped up because it would not stay closed. The room was used as storage, but now I would like clean it up and have the window operative. Could you please help me with parts.

Hi there, Selma.
It looks like your balance uses the same terminal clip as our Series 770. Take a look at the specifications and compare them with yours to see what you think. There should also be a stamp printed on the metal channel that will tell you what spring strength option you'll need to select.
