Question

Have a slider and a coil that may need to be replaced for vinyl windows in a house just purchased. The Coil has Patent No. 5,232,208 and 5,365,638 (as best as I can read) but the slider has no markings that I can see. Please let me know what part numbers these are as well as costs. We do not carry an exact match for your original pivot shoe, but we recommend reviewing the 15-228 as a replacement option. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

Dimensions for 15-228

This pivot shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coils. You will need to remove the assembly to measure. Each coil should have a number stamped on the metal that indicates the weighted option needed. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the sash to move forward.
