I'm looking to replace 4 of my window balancers . The part number on the hardware says AJ BSI 2740. I'm unable to find this part number for replacement. Please let me know if this part number still exist or if it's been changed to something else.

Hi Scott, thank you for posting,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S378, S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The main difference is the depth of the bottom shoe.
You will need a 28" balance with a 2740 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions.
