Replacement Parts

I'm the maintenance man for a school in North Carolina. The building windows we have need new balance shoes and pivot bars. I have never done replacements before and don't know if I also need to replace the coil balances. Can you advise please? See attached pics.

Hello! I'm pretty sure we can help, yes. See our 15-175 shoe, 26-352 pivot bar, and Series 152 coil spring. Carefully look over the information and dimensions we show for each part to confirm that everything lines up with what you have installed now.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the reply and guidance. The shoe and bar measurements match what we have, so I will order those. How do I know which weight coil spring to order?

Glad to hear it! Thank you for considering us, it means a lot. As for the spring weight, you can usually use the number printed on your old springs as reference.
