We have 4 CareFree windows which have broken bottom where the pivot plate attaches. The window are unable to open.
Is there a replacement bottom for the windows or an alternative repair?

Your pivot bar reminds me of our 26-297 but, unfortunately, we do not carry replacement window framing. You would need to reach out to the original manufacturer or a local sash fabricator for assistance. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
