Replacement Parts Can't Find Model

Had plastic cover that goes over the coil break and I'm looking for what possible part numbers or what type of parts will work for replacements. Thank you

Your balance shoe is the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm it is the right size for the window.

This shoe uses the Series 160 Coil Balance. To confirm the coils needed to complete your assemblies, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the metal. If yours doesn't have them, take a look at the video tutorial tagged below this thread, for instructions on how to select the coil.
The compatible cover is the 15-150S Coil Single Support. You may also need the 26-241 Pivot Bar.
