Thanks for contacting us. I think the 19-005 top attachment that comes with our Series 380 balance will work fine, even though yours is flat. These serve a very basic function and they don't need to be strictly identical.

However I would double check the bottom shoe. That looks more like our 15-004, which comes with the Series 385 balance. I recommend confirming the depth to be sure.

For the top sash guide in your third and fourth photos, see our 18-166. This is an educated guess based on the fact your window is Kinco, so you may want to look over our measurements to be sure they're the same size.
