Replacement Parts Needed

A home owner from La Mirada, CA says:

I have two types of "window locks" that are needed. (See IMG 1638 and 1633).

I have two different windows that need replacement parts.

They have the numbers A2640 and A1840

Unfortunately these windows were installed by the previous owner so I have no additional information.

Please help!

If you need additional pictures please let me know.

Thank you!

Nicole

Hi Nicole,

Your channel balance resembles our S350 but your lock isn't quite as obvious. I'm going to have one of our senior experts that a look and see what they can come up with. They will reach out as soon as more information is available. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I don't recognize this lock at first glance either. Could you tell us how it attaches to the window sash? Is it screw on? Does it lock under the top sash lip? The more information we have about the part, the better.

A home owner from La Mirada, CA says:
It looks like these locks slide on from the sides once the window has been removed.

Hi Nicole,

Our team and I have done some digging but, unfortunately, we haven't been able to find a suitable replacement for your sash lock. I'm sorry that we won't be able to help with that portion of your repair. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
