Replacement Parts Needed?

A handy person from Covington, VA, USA says:
I need replacement casement window crank operators, both LH & RH, for the type of hardware shown in the attached photographs. The length of the arm looks as if it is 11" (from the center of the button to the center of the mounting body/bracket). The screw holes appear to be on 3-7/8" and 4-3/4" centers? Any assistance you can provide in recommending comparable replacement arms will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Kevin

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I believe you have an old discontinued Hope operator. We do carry Hope operators with 9" arms. See our 39-353 and 39-354. You might be able to get them to work despite the difference in size, but the window might not open up as far. We also have the 39-141 and 39-142, which have 11" arms, but they are so different that I can't be sure they'll work on your window.
