I'm looking to get some replacement part for my CERTAINTEED Windows.
I have looked on your WEBSITE and can't find the same Part Numbers that are on the Original pieces .
I'm sending a picture with the numbers on the parts so maybe that will help you find the right replacement I need .

Hello,
We offer the 15-192 Certainteed pivot shoe, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section on the 15-192 product page. Please note that past customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb.
