Replacement Parts for Metal Bifold Doors

Question

I need to replace the item in the attached photos. Can you identify the part from the photo.

I am having problems with the other hardware on the door;the pivot. From this photo is it possible to say the manufacturer of the other hardware?

Based on these photos, I can make out a guide pin like our 21-078. If you need other parts replaced, however, I will need to see pictures of each one.
