Replacement Parts for Patio Door Lock

A home owner from Battle Ground, WA says:
We have a sliding patio door installed in 2010. I cannot contact the contractor (possibly out of business or moved). A few months ago the locking mechnasism broke. I'm trying to locate parts to replace the locking mechanism. I think I remember the builder saying he used Certainteed windows, so it might be that brand of door. I cannot find any other identifiable markings as to the manufacture other than what I included as photo attachments. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. Can you specify what part of your lock is broken, exactly? Is it the thumb lever or the inside mortise lock? If it's the thumb lever, see our 82-240. If it's the mortise lock, see our 82-238, instead. Carefully compare these parts to your own hardware to confirm if they match. If you'd like an entirely new handle set, see our 82-080.
