Hello my name is Morgan I'm a contractor in VA I was told that you could help with some replacement parts.
We need a dozen balance rods to keep the windows up
We need a dozen of those plastic guides for the window frame track to guide the window up and down. The balance rod is 58 1/2. Fully extended. The rod is 30 " when it's closed.
The plastic guide is 2" tall 1 1/4 wide
And 3/4 thick. .

Your spiral balance will either be our Series 900 or Series 600, depending on the diameter of the outer tube. Keep in mind length is determined by the length of the tube, not the full extension. Only measure the tube. That will tell you what you need.
Looks like you need a few different pivot shoes, too. I see at least three different styles in your photos. I recommend looking at our complete selection here, specifically the top couple rows. I'm certain this selection will allow you to find the best matches.
