Replacement Patio Door Handle for JELD-WEN

Hello, I have an older JELD-WEN vinyl handle with long escutcheon plate and the actuator hub in the handle broke off so I need to replace this handle, although I am told JW has been discontinued. The handle has 3-15/16" mounting hole spacing. The mortice lock seems to be working fine and carries patent numbers 6,264,252 and 5,820,170. See attached pictures, thank you!
