Replacement Patio Door solution

Can you identify what I would need to replace this problem?

I need actually Qty2 of each

external handle
internal handle
Lock and latching hardware.

The flatness of the external handle is critical since it does not block the screen.

We may be able to help, but I'd like a bit more information before I make a recommendation. First, can you show me a picture of how this handle locks the door? If there's a mortise, I would like to see that, but otherwise I just want to see whatever latch secures the door when it's closed.

Can you also confirm the distance between the two installation holes, center to center? It looks like it's under 4" but it's tough to tell from that photo. Thank you!
