Replacement Rollers

Hello. Glad I found your site.

Having trouble finding replacement rollers for my patio sliding glass doors purchased in 2001.

I was told the rollers previously purchased from Lowes were the correct size but unfortunately still doesn't. Visually they look the same but as you see in my attached photos, the width must be less then 11/16 as they will not push up high enough to allow screw to fasten.

Hopefully you can help me find the correct size or explain what I may be doing wrong.

I received my order and tried to install on my patio doors over the weekend. Unfortunately the item did not fit properly.

Although the size sent look almost identical there are certain parts that appear to prevent it from fitting properly in place in order to reach screws.

Notice the 3 rivets on the top of the swisco item. These bulging rivets prevent it from being push up high enough the doors slot.

Not sure if you have a closer to original item based off these photos in stock
