Hello Swisco.
Do you think item 23-178 and 23-177 would be appropriate replacements for the rollers in the attached photo? The measurments seem to be the same, however, i am not sure if the width of the wheel matches.
Any guidance you can give me would be great. Thank you.

Hello,
I agree that your hangers resemble the 23-178 and 23-177 but the dimensions would be the determining factor which, unfortunately, we can't make out from photos. Keep in mind that these hangers are used in doors manufactured by E-Z ROLL HDWE MFG, INC. If that is the brand you have, there's a good chance that these could work for you. Hi Casey. Thanks for your reply. All the dimensions match however I would want to see if the width of the wheel matches. (That is the only dimension not listed on your blueprint).
Would there be a way to find out the width of the wheel? You can see that my current wheel width is roughly a half of an inch.

Thanks for clarifying. Both closet hanger wheels measure 1/2" thick. Just let us know if you need anything else.
