Replacement Roto casement operator - left side

A quick learner from Vermont says:

The left casement operator on my window does not work properly; it feels like a portion of the gear inside has been stripped, since I can feel it slip when I turn the crank to close it. The crank handle works find. I am uploading pictures of it installed. I hope you can identify this part without me removing it. We need to keep this window closed, since it is close to the floor and we have dogs who like to sit by this window.

There are no identifying part numbers on it; but it looks like part 39-091. However, the crank handle does not fold down. The black part is labeled "B 2".

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your help.

Hi, Lynn.

I agree, your operator looks like our 39-091 and 39-092. Unfortunately, ROTO has discontinued a lot of the hardware used with these operators, including the crank handles and the bracket arms that connect to the window sash. Even the operators themselves will soon be no longer available. I apologize for the inconvenience.

A quick learner from Vermont says:
So do you have 39-091? I just need the unit - I don't need the crank handle if I can transfer it over. Nor do I need any bracket arms that connect to the window.

Yes, we have them. You can view the 39-091 and 39-092 on their respective product pages.
