Replacement Sash?

A home owner from Tampa, FL says:
Hello, I just purchased a 2013 home that where pretty much every window has a broken lever on the sash (i think that's what its called). One of the uploaded pictures shows the part that has broken off. The windows are all in locked position. Can you help identify the replacement part and instructions for a novice to fix?
Thank you!

Hi there!

I recommend taking a look at our 90-274 and 90-278 sash locks. Look over the dimensions for each, especially the installation hole center spacing, and compare them with yours to see how they match up with your old part.
