Replacement Sash Lift

I have no loose part, unfortunately and very few markings on window. A label at top of window appears to be from installer. Only relevant markings are:

3-4-75A
755 84W056-Thomson

Lift itself has no screws appears to have been designed to "click" into place. Apparently a design that did not work. Opening on sash for lift measure 3/8" by 2 and 5/8".

Photos attached.

Help please!

There are a few things to come to mind. Start by looking at our 67-025 handle. This was used by Thermal Guard and Season-all on their sliding windows and are held in place with a screw like our 33-080. Now, I'm not totally sure if you can use this on your window, since you say yours snap in. It's possible, but one fear is that while drilling installation holes to screw the new lift in, you might damage the glass. Carefully look it over and let me know what you think.
