Good Morning - I have 2 buildings that I built in 1990. They both have white Bellview windows. The windows work pretty well, but I do need some sash tilt locks and balance rods. I can't find out any information on the company, that was located outside Atlanta, Ga. My thoughts are that they have closed down.
Any help and advice on getting replacement parts from you would be appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we may be able to supply you with the replacements you need, however, I'll need a bit more information to confirm the proper replacements.
To start, I'm sorry to say I do not recognize the hardware in this photo. May I see a photo of an undamaged lock? I'd also like to see how it installs to the window. It isn't likely we have an exact replacement for it but there is a chance that we can supply you with a replacement solution.
In regard to the balance rods, I'll need to see a photo of them removed from the window as well as any other compatible hardware.
Once I have an idea of what you have, I'll be able to determine the information needed to get you set up with the right replacements.
