Replacement Sash Support Andersen Window Balances

Attached please find photos of two window balances I am trying to identify so I can order replacements from you. I need to replace both balances. They come from a cottage window with the following visible glass sizes:
32.5"wide x 24"high and 32.5"wide x 36"high
visible markings are:
BR34 12#27 10-86
11600-17

Hello! Based on your stamp of 12#27, I recommend the 24-1231 Andersen sash balance.

Would both sashes take the same balance as the sashes are 2 different sizes for the cottage windows?

If the sashes are two different sizes, then they probably have different balances. I will need to see the stamp printed on the other one in order to ID it.
