11600-17 is the only number on the balance. Picture above. The each window surface, upper or lower, area is 24"wide by 20" tall

Hello,

I believe I see numbers stamped on the tab at the end of your box balance. Could you wither write those out or show us a clear photo of them and any other numbers on the front or back of the balance box? Thank you!

Great, in that case, take a look at our 26-637 Andersen sash balance that will replace the (623) stamp on your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
