Replacement Sash Support Andersen Window Balances

We have a balance with the number BE3 9#31 5 83

I believe the 83 refers to the year it was built as this coincides with when the house was built. There is another number listed on the opposite side of the first number. It is:

11600-2

Mine looks identical to those listed on your site with the exception that all yours have two holes showing on the left
extended lip. Mine has three holes--two at each end on one in the center.
