Replacement Sash Support Andersen Window Balances

need tow balances for the following windows - measurements are of the visible glass area -
28 1/2 X 14 right side and 36 1/2 X 24 left side
is this enough info??

It's much better to get the specific markings on the balance box. Can you remove the box and let us know what's printed on the outside?

number on the smaller window is J18 5#23 685
number on larger window is E28 9#27 7-85
both also have the number 11600 17 on the case

The 5#23 balance corresponds to our 24-531, and the 9#27 code refers to our 24-939. I think that should work for you, but let me know if you have questions.
