Replacement Sash Support Coil Balances

Question

I have an American Craftsman 35.75 in, x 37,25 in. Series Pro Double Hung Vinyl Window with Buck Frame Model 3638786. the Sash Support Coil Balance has broken, the on;y identification on the spring is 6CK. what part number do I order?

There isn't enough information here to tell what you need. The number 6 will probably tell you to buy a 6 lb coil, but you need to know the Series. Send a photo of the pivot shoe or carrier that the spring attaches to. That will let us identify the coil.
