Replacement Sash Support Coil Balances and Hardware

Question

Our Owens Corning Windows were installed in 2000. We need to replace the Sash Support Balance Coils and Hardware. Can you help us identify / locate these parts?

It's hard to tell without seeing the pivot bar or spring. These pictures only show the outer casing. I think you may have our 15-191 shoe and Series 160 spring, though. Can you confirm?
