Replacement Sash balance

I need to replace a sash balance left side called BF 10#31 5-86. Do you have the replacement part for this item?

Thanks for posting, Suzanne. Do you have an Andersen window? If so, I recommend our 24-1033 Andersen Sash Balance, which can replace all balance boxes with the stamp 10#31.
