Replacement Screen Door Hinge

Hello, I'm wondering if it is possible to get a replacement hinge for a 36x80 screen door, registration # 08289694802-317. The current hinge is simply wore out and very noisy even when oiled profusely. Any help with finding and purchasing a replacement hinge is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for choosing SWISCO, Andy. Unfortunately, that registration number doesn't help us identify the hinge. Can you send us pictures of the hinge, ideally removed from the door? We will need to know the dimensions of the hinge and the distance between the screw-holes (from center to center) as well.
