Replacement Shoe for Alumax Window

One of the shoes broke when I was lowering the top sash of one of my Alumax vinyl windows. See attached photo of an unbroken shoe.

I look forward to your expert advice and hope that you have the replacement part in stock.

Thanks for reaching out! There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement pivot shoe you need but I'll need a bit more information.

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the entire shoe, removed from the window. You'll also need to have it removed to confirm any measurements once we've had a chance to narrow down the replacements.
