it is approx 2"x3" it is marked L (Left) on the bottom. The items and the drawer slides do not have any manufacturer markings or numbers on it aside from a R on both slides of the slides and what I believe is a date code of 11-08
The slides themselves are 18 1/4" long closed and 22 1/4" fully extended.
