Greetings from Texas.... Does Swisco carry replacement "slider rails" in the length, size and style of these pictures? I need one with the bottom attachment as pictured, as well as various other parts I will be ordering from y'all that I know you carry. Please let me know and THANK YOU for your help. Greg

Hi Greg, thank you for posting,
It appears that your window uses Spiral balances. You could have either the Series 600 with a 5/8" diameter tube or the Series 900 with a 3/8" diameter tube. You will need to remove the window sash to measure the length of the metal tube only and the diameter to confirm the right fit.
For the pivot shoe that the balance connects to, we will need to see this part removed with written out dimensions of the width and thickness.
For the tilt latch, please provide the distance between the installation holes from center to center to move forward.
