Replacement Sliding Door Handle

My front door is a sliding glass door and I have been unable to find a brand name to help me ID the correct replacement parts.

The inside handle is cracked and I'd like to replace it, but am having trouble finding the right part that both has a keyed lock and also has 2 locking mechanisms inside the door itself.

Please let me know if you carry a model that looks like it will fit this door.
