Replacement Sliding Door Handle

I am looking to replace an Imperial Keynetic Sliding Door handle but can not find a location that sells. The Imperial site only shows the part.

Is the hole spacing, center-to-center, 3-15/16"? If so, you can use a handle set like our 82-030 as a replacement. Take a look and see what you think.
