Replacement Sliding Door Handle

This is a Coradco (3 15/16" hole separation)handle/locking mechanism from a 1984 home.
I would like to purchase a replacement handle/locking mechanism.

Hey, Scott. We have a bunch of handle sets that may replace this, but check out our 82-020. This appears to be the closest match to your current style. We also have the 82-226 mortise lock, if yours needs replacing, as well.
