Replacement Sliding Glass Door Roller

Question

Hello, I have been trying to locate a replacement for the pictured door rollers. What seems to make this difficult are 2 things - 1) Roller wheel is 1 inch diameter and 2) It appears to be called an F tab where it attaches to the underneath of the door as apposed to the end. On one of the pictures you can see the tab has broken off. I also wonder if there are other configurations i.e. 2 roller assmblies that can also be attached at the top? Any configuration that would work in place would be fine. I appreciate any help you can offer.

Hello, Dave. This roller appears to be a match for our 81-293. The major difference is that our tab goes straight up instead of straight back like yours, but based on how your tab is bent back I would imagine that someone did that manually prior to installation with a pair of pliers. I've done it myself plenty of times. You may have to do that yourself for this project, since we don't sell any roller like this with a horizontal tab like that.

As for the wheel diameter, our 81-293 only comes in 1-1/4". You can usually adjust the roller to make up the difference, but if that's not possible then you'll have to swap it out. The smallest wheel we have is the 81-223, which is 1-1/8". You can install this using the 81-310 axle kit after you drill the original wheel off.
