Can I email you a photo taken of the rollers which came out of my sliding glass door? No one can seem to identify them and locate a replacement.
Thanks You.

Here is a photo of both sides of the rollers which the company in Gunnison, Colorado has not been able to identify or locate. Any assistance would be appreciated very much.
Thanks

What is the diameter of the wheel and is it flat, concave, or convex? What is the width of the housing? Are there any installation or adjustment screw holes on the side? Is there another housing sleeve still in the door or is this the whole assembly?

IT'S CONCAVE TO FIT OVER A TRACK, 1 5/8 WHEEL DIAMETER, 5/8" HOUSING WIDTH, 1 ADJUSTMENT SCREW ON THE SIDE, THIS IS THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY. THANKS

Unfortunately this is a discontinued roller assembly, there is no known substitute.
SWISCO product code 81-082 is the closest roller assembly we have but the hook is in a different location than the original and the housing looks heavy on the width, so I'm not sure it will work.
