Sorry I don't have photos of the bottom edge of the window where the roller was installed but can get that for you if needed. I reinstalled the window but can remove it and get photos if needed.

I forgot to add, I think that the roller with Product Code: 87-010 (Acorn Sliding Window Roller, 9/16" BB) may be the correct product... and the photos I submitted are of a roller with one edge of the plastic broken off... I can pull out a different roller if that would help identify it.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I'm sorry to say that we haven't gotten any photos from you. Please make sure you upload them directly to this page for us to review, that's the only way we can see them.

Please also note that the roller must be fully remove and shown from different angles. I'm not concerned about the bottom edge of the window, so don't worry about that. Let's just focus on the roller assembly for now.

Hello! I appreciate the additional information. I'm afraid I wasn't able to track down this exact roller. The best option I was able to dig up was our 87-036A, but there are still some differences. Review its dimensions and see what you think.
