Replacement Snap-in Glazing

I have Best Built (BBI-1) windows, as listed on the AAMA Certification sticker, installed about 2004. An edge view of the glazing and a cross-section with dimension are attached. The glazing is warping and coming out of the channels on one set of windows. Please let me know if you have a snap-in glazing product that will fit this application. Thanks, Tim

Take a look at our 55-164 glazing bead, which seems to be a match to yours but make sure to look over our dimensions and product specifications to confirm. Thanks for posting!

Thanks Casey. The 55-164 glazing bead looks like a good match. Is there any chance it comes in dark brown / bronze? If not, do you recommend a paint that will adhere well to the glazing bead material?

Unfortunately, the 55-164 is not available in any other color options. You could also consider our 55-192, which is available in bronze, but you would have to determine if the dimensions could work for you as well as the 55-164.

If you decide to paint the 55-164, I would recommend reaching out to your local hardware store for recommendations on the best paint to use. Thank you!
