Hello! We carry a ton of spiral balance hardware, so I'm confident that we can help you with this project.

Starting with the balance itself, if this is a tilt window spiral balance then you only have two options: the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. All you have to do is measure the diameter of the outer tube on your existing balance to determine the best match. These are the only two sizes for this application, so it's only going to be either one or the other.

You will definitely need to remove your balance from the window to do this. Reviewing your photos, it looks like there's a white plastic cover that is blocking off most of the balance from view; it may even be blocking the color tip. Your next step should be to pop that off and then remove the balance so that you can measure it and check the tip.

If there is no color tip, you will need to get the weight of your sash. Let me know that weight, as well as the diameter and length of the tube, and I can recommend the best weight option for you.

Lastly, it appears that your pivot shoe is also broken. We should be able to help with that, too, but I'll need a clearer picture of it so that I can pick out a good match. I'll also need its precise width and thickness.
