I need four replacement spiral balances for two 20 lbs. windows. Currently the plastic tip is white. Red would appear maxed out. Should I use blue?

I see you're looking at our S600-20 spiral balance. Is that what you have? If so, then you should definitely use the Blue Tip for a 20 pound sash.
