Replacement Spiral Balances

I'm afraid I cannot make out your outer tube diameter. Can you confirm if it's 3/8" or 5/8"? Can you also tell me if the window is tilt or non tilt?

Check out our S900-25. If you need a 25" balance (3/8" diameter) for tilt windows, this is the part for you. To determine the tip color, remove and weigh your window sash. There is a chart on the item webpage where you can figure out which color tip corresponds to your sash weight. Finally, if your spiral tube doesn't measure 25", you'll need to go to the Series 900 webpage and choose the correct length.
