Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm interested in replacing two split arm operators (see attached) and the originals are made by your company. I could use your assistance in identifying the correct parts number for each and would like to stick with your company these split arms worked well for 30 plus years. The two split arms are approx 5" in length.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that operate the sash are fully visible. That will help us narrow down our options.

Take a look at our 39-031 and 39-032 operators. Review our dimensions and compare them to your current operator to see if everything matches up for what you need.
