Replacement Spring Window Parts

My home was built in 1986 and I believe the windows are original. I took it off and found pretty much everything in the sides either broken, frayed, or in disarray. I would like to purchase replacements to be able to use the window again. Thank you for any help you can provide!

Looks like you need new channel balances. I believe yours is either our Series 390 or Series 351. The only difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll need to measure yours to confirm the better choice. The video below will also clarify the details you need to find the best match.
