Hi, I am looking to replace the above left balance sash channel balance. Replacement Stamp # 1501v (the v is superscript) for left balance for double hung vinyl tilt-in window with metal balance shoe and cord attached to channel Balance hook 15-036. I don't know if it is a block and tackle balance and whether I need to replace the entire side of the window with the connected block and tackle balance. As you can see in the picture the cord is not springing up and the channel Balance hood 15-036 has detached and I have tried without real success to rehook it properly it to the pivot lock shoe nylon housing that holds the shoe. Please advise if you have replacement part. Thank you in advance!
